- Walkability Routes in the Parks

The Monterey Park Recreation & Community Services Department is proud to provide Walkability Routes. Walkability routes provide distances for popular routes to help encourage users to go that extra mile. Walkability maps are posted at various parks throughout the city.

Parks included at this time:

Additional locations will be added in the future!

At each of these parks, find the informational map displaying one or more popular routes used for exercise.  Each map will provide the approximate distances and the level of difficulty for each route.  Use the distances to help push yourself to go that extra distance.

We hope that the community enjoys the new Walkability Routes, and utilizes them to help meet their fitness goals.  It’s as easy as taking a walk in the park and we know you are up for the challenge!
