Papel Picado Art Workshop

Artist Norma Montoya will present a papel picado art workshop on Sunday, October 1 at 2 pm in the Friends Room. Make beautiful cut paper designs inspired by Montoya's work and the Mexican folk art of papel picado. Space is limited for the free workshop for adults and registration is required.
