Monterey Park, Calif. -- November 12, 2019 – The City of Monterey Park will hold it’s General Municipal Election on March 3, 2020. This election is for the purpose of electing three (3) members of the City Council, Districts 2, 3 and 4, each to serve four-year terms ending in March 2024.
Nomination period commences on November 12th and runs through December 6, 2019. All potential candidates must be a registered voter and live in the respective district of the City of Monterey Park. All forms must be issued from and returned to the office of the City Clerk during these legal dates. The City Clerk’s office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Fridays, and closed on Holidays.
