Looking for a low impact exercise program to do from the comfort of your favorite chair? Get Fit While You Sit is a series of exercise routines that will help you maintain flexibility, improve posture, and exercise your brain without breaking a sweat. This program is highly recommended for seniors (62 years & up) or for anyone experiencing mobility issues.

Get Fit While You Sit In-Person Sessions
Join staff as we practice poses to learn how to maintain flexibility, improve posture and boost memory, concentration and focus with simple brain exercises. Staff will conduct these sessions in English. To register, call Adult Services at (626) 307-1368.
