Barnes Park measures approximately 17 acres, and is located at the heart of Monterey Park. This park features a community center, basketball gym, amphitheater/memorial bowl, sheltered picnic pavilion, Olympic size pool, lighted softball field, tennis courts, and children's play area. Barnes Park is within walking distance of city hall, fire department and the library. Picnic facilities are available for reservations on weekends only.
Barnes Park is open daily from 6AM - 10:30PM.
The Barnes Park Community Center is currently closed to the public.
