On March 21, 2018 at approximately 4:02 p.m., Monterey Park Police received a call of three suspects breaking into a residence in the 100 block of Roca Way in Monterey Park. The three suspects were seen in the backyard of a residence, smashing a sliding glass door, and making entry into the residence by the resident monitoring an in-home video system.
The resident promptly notified the Monterey Park Police Department. Upon the arrival of officers, the suspects attempted to flee through neighboring yards, but were quickly apprehended in the area. All three suspects were arrested for residential burglary.

Bryant Burnett, 26, from Los Angeles, Bail Amount $140,000.
Tywan Brown, 20, from Los Angeles, Bail Amount $100,000.
Tyeron Jennings, 19, from Los Angeles, Bail Amount $50,000.
All three were booked for 459 PC/Residential Burglary. Burnett and Jennings were released after posting bail, Brown remains in custody and is set to appear for arraignment at the Alhambra Superior on Friday March 23, 2018 at 8:00 a.m.
