Monterey Park Fire Department units have been dispatched to the Complex Fire currently burning in the Napa area of Northern California.
Initially, Engine 61 with Battalion Chief 6 were deployed to assist units in the Anaheim Hills area fire earlier in the week. Due to the level of devastation and the changing weather conditions, Engine 61 was re-deployed to Northern California. Also dispatched was OES Engine 281 bringing the total personnel from Monterey Park on scene in Northern California to nine.
