On Saturday, October 14, the annular solar eclipse will cross North, Central and South America. Visible in parts of the United States, Mexico, and many countries in South and Central America, millions of people in the Western Hemisphere can experience this eclipse. Prepare for your own viewing party with the City of Monterey Park and Los Angeles Astronomical Society (LAAS)!

Bring the whole family to the Garvey Ranch Park Observatory to pick up a pair of free eclipse glasses, sign up for a Monterey Park Bruggemeyer Library card, enjoy a craft and view the stars with LAAS.
