  5. Traffic Commission Regular Meeting

    November 15, 2018, 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM @ City Hall Council Chamber

    The Traffic Commission reviews traffic issues and recommends any needed changes. Issues range from traffic safety matters to parking restrictions that may be the result of a citizen’s request or a staff recommendation. The Commission also makes recommendations to the City Council for installation of stop signs and amendments to the City Code for traffic related items that may ease traffic congestion and help facilitate transportation throughout the City.

    The Monterey Park Library Cantonese Bilingual Parents Group is a new monthly support circle and child playgroup for parents raising bilingual children from birth to 5. Join us during our first meeting for a talk by a speech pathologist specializing in bilingualism in children! Parents raising bilingual children who are bilingual in any language are encouraged to attend the first meeting.
