Any applicant interest in the reservation use of the recreational facilities at Langley Center requires payment of a $300 deposit due upon submittal of the Facilities Use Application. The deposit is separate from other fees and is fully refundable, provided the facility is clean and returned to its original condition at or before the ending time indicated on the permit. In addition to the deposit, applicable rental fees, staff fees, and insurance may be subject to the nature of the event, estimated attendance and City policy.
Please Note: Additional fees and rules/regulations may apply beyond what is stated below. A completed Facilities Use Application must be completed, and all fees paid, at least (14) days in advance of the reserved event date.
- Cancellations must be made no later than (30) days prior to the event date to receive full refund of the deposit.
- If fees are not paid by the designated deadline, facility use will be released to other applicants.
- If any party wishes to add additional time, or additional facilities such as the kitchen, they must come in person and pay the additional fees as required. No phone changes will be allowed.
