Newspaper Rack permit applicants must pick-up an original construction permit application (PDF) from the Engineering Division Counter, located on the 1st floor of City Hall.

Permit Fee
There is a $262.00 annual fee for each newspaper rack at each location.
Penalty Fee
If there is a penalty, your rack will be confiscated and a $92 impound fee will be instituted.
