The Monterey Park Police Service Area program is designed to provide community members the ability to contact a designated lieutenant to address non-emergency, on-going concerns; such as graffiti or nuisance abatement, landlord tenant disputes, general public safety, and improvement in the quality of life. This program assists us in providing better service to residents and business owners, developing and maintaining partnerships with the community in reducing crime and improving the quality of life in Monterey Park.
