Computer Classes

August Beginning Computer Classes in Spanish


Beginning Computer Classes in Spanish are scheduled on Monday nights, August 6, 13, 20 and 27 from 7 pm - 8:30 pm in the Computer Lab located on the second floor.   Space is limited and registration is required for the free classes. Adults will practice mouse, keyboard drills, and Internet searching skills.  To register for the free classes contact the Reference Desk or call (626) 307-1368.

Tuesday Open Computer Labs 


The open Computer Lab runs every Tuesday in the evenings from 7:00-8:30 pm. The lab is designed to offer reinforcement and practice time for adults in the library’s computer classes and is also open for individual help with E-mail, Microsoft Word, Excel, and the Internet. A library staff member will be present to answer questions. There is no registration required, but seating is limited to a first-come, first-serve basis. August Wednesday Intermediate Word 


Practice internet searching skills and learn intermediate Word skills with fun travel themes.  Classes are scheduled on Wednesdays August 8, 15, and 22 at 10:30 am in the Computer Lab. To register for the free classes, contact the Reference Desk or call (626) 307-1368.


Monday Night iPad Basics Classes


Do you have a new iPad and want to learn how to use it?  Join us on Mondays, September 10, 17, and 24 from 7 pm - 8:30 pm in the Computer Lab to learn iPad essentials. Adults should bring their own iPads for hands-on practice at the classes.  Prerequisites required: all students must have an email address and know how to use email.  To register for
