The Fire Department has been serving the community with fire protection, hazardous materials response, disaster preparedness, and emergency medical services for several decades.  I am very proud of the men and women who strive each day to save lives and protect property as well as promote disaster preparedness and teach fire safety to children and adults alike.

As a new fiscal year is upon us, our department plans to become more proactive in risk identification, public education and safety education, increased Community Emergency Response Teams ("CERT") training, and extended outreach and recruitment for our Fire Explorer and Firefighter Reserve Program.
